Year 7 Catch-up grant

The literacy and numeracy catch-up premium was available to schools until June 2020. It provided an additional £500 for each Year 7 student who did not achieve at least level 4 in reading and/or maths at the end of Key Stage 2.

At Woking High School the additional funding is put towards the cost of our Transitions Group class, where students receive intensive and targeted educational programmes in small groups.
