ADMISSIONS FOR SEPTEMBER 2014
Congratulations if you have been offered a place at Woking High School!
Please accept or decline your offer within 14 days. You may reply online or by post.
If your child has not been offered a place at Woking High School, and you wish to be considered for a place, you MUST e-mail or telephone Mrs J Moore on 01483 716885 or firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be placed on the waiting list. This will not happen automatically.
Parents whose applications for places are unsuccessful may appeal to an Independent Appeals Panel set up in accordance with the School Standards and Framework Act 1998. Appeals should be lodged no later than Friday 25th April. Please note that this date is much later than for many other schools. Please speak with Mrs J Moore before completing Appeals paperwork.
There is a great deal of advice about the Appeals process on the Surrey website -
http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/learning/schools/school-admission-appeal. Forms may also be downloaded from the site. Please click here for FAQ's about the appeals process.
